Reiki/Runic Healing: Reiki is a Japanese healing art which is gaining widespread recognition. Reiki combines energy and touch to promote healing and spiritual alignment. Norse Runes have been used for both healing and divination for over 4,000 years and originate in Western Europe. My healing practice combines techniques learned from Reiki, Runic healing, the Feldenkrantz method, massage, acupressure, active release therapy and personal discoveries. Runic Reiki has been used to treat both humans and animals for a wide array of physical and spiritual ailments, including cancer, stroke, sports injuries, emotional turmoil and developmental stagnation in all areas of life
EPIC MMA & Fitness Training Pricing: Sessions can be done at your residence, gym or virtually through video (There is a 20% discount for virtual training).
Single Session: $125/Session (Approx. 1 hour): Includes initial consultation, professional recommendations, goal development, body measurement and composition, and follow up support by phone or email.
Pro Package Ten Sessions: $115/Session ($1,150): Includes initial consultation, professional recommendations, goal development, body measurement and composition, and follow up support by phone or email. Save over $200! Bonus Gear Package included (shorts, shirt, jump rope and measuring tape).
Champion Package Twenty-Five Sessions: $100/Session ($2,500): Includes initial consultation, professional recommendations, goal development, body measurement and composition, and follow up support by phone or email. Save over $700! Gear Package included (shorts, shirt, jump rope and measuring tape).
EPIC Package Fifty Sessions: $90/Session ($4,500): Includes initial consultation, professional recommendations, goal development, body measurement and composition, and follow up support by phone or email. Save over $1,800! Gear Package included (shorts, shirt, jump rope and measuring tape).
Seminars: A mixture of MMA, conditioning and body work can be combined into a 2-4 hour seminar. Cost: $300/hour + traveling expenses. (Price includes certificate of completion and a manual with detailed instructions on movements and techniques performed). POLICY: All packages must be paid in full before the first session. Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours prior to appointment.
